At Solar Solutions, we wanted to let you know that during this unprecedented time we are taking extra precautions to keep you safe while your vehicle is in our possession for window tinting. We are still open and serving our community!
We Wash the Windows with Soap & Water
During the window tinting process, your vehicle’s windows are always washed with soap and water to prepare them for the tinting process. This is our standard procedure, even when we are not in a pandemic. Anytime soap and water are involved that is a good thing as it helps to kill germs.
We Wear Gloves & Masks
Throughout the entire process, we are wearing gloves. We are only inside your vehicle for brief instances when we must pull your car into the service bay and back out of the service bay upon completion. We will also be inside briefly while cleaning the back window. If you are having the top of the windshield tinted, then we will briefly be in the front seat, as well. During these brief times that we are actually inside your vehicle, we wear face masks, along with our ever-present gloves. We additionally put a towel down not only to protect your seat from the soap and water being sprayed on the window but as an extra sanitary precaution.
We Disinfect Any Areas We’ve Touched
Upon completion of your window tinting, we take disinfecting wipes and wipe down the steering wheel, gear shift, window controls, and door handles. Even though we are wearing gloves at all times and masks while inside your vehicle, we are taking this extra precaution as a service to our customers. We want you to feel safe.
When you retrieve your vehicle, you will come inside our office to receive your keys, pay, get your warranty, etc. At this time, we are still wearing gloves. We will also use a disinfectant wipe to wipe your keys before handing them to you.
